Thank you to everyone who supports the club through The Fundraising Club Lottery.
The lottery helps raise valuable funds for our club while giving supporters the chance to win fantastic cash prizes of up to £25,000, plus FREE Gourmet Society membership.

Our Fundraising So Far
46 club supporters have joined the Lottery.
This currently generates a monthly grant of £222.
Over 12 months, this will raise approximately £2664 towards club funds.
Every additional player generates another £6 for the club every month, creating a valuable and reliable source of ongoing fundraising.
If we reach 100 players - the club will raise £7,200 every 12 months!

Our very own Steve Wheatcroft won £100 in the Fab Friday Draw last month!!
Hoddesdon Cricket Club Membership Secretary Steve Wheatcroft is celebrating after scooping £100 in the new Fab Friday lottery draw. Steve became one of the first club-connected winners since the additional weekly draw was introduced, giving supporters even more chances to win while helping raise valuable funds for the Green Machine.
The Fab Friday draw provides another exciting benefit for those signed up to the Fundraising Club Lottery, alongside the main monthly prizes. Every entry also contributes directly towards the continued development of Hoddesdon Cricket Club, supporting facilities, equipment, coaching and opportunities across the club.
Steve, who works tirelessly behind the scenes as Membership Secretary, was delighted to receive the news of his win. He said: “It was a brilliant surprise and certainly a very nice way to start the weekend. You always enter hoping your name might come out, but you never really expect it, so I was absolutely thrilled.”
He added: “The best part about the lottery is that you have the chance to win something while knowing that a significant amount of the money is coming back into the cricket club. It is an easy way to support Hoddesdon, and hopefully my win shows that there really are prizes being won by people connected to the club.”
Steve’s success is another reminder that the lottery offers genuine rewards, with weekly and monthly opportunities available to entrants. Tickets cost £10 per month, with £6 from every ticket sold going directly to Hoddesdon Cricket Club.
“I would definitely encourage others to sign up,” Steve continued. “You are helping the club move forward, and you might also find yourself £100 better off on a Friday. I’ll enjoy the win, although I suspect some of it may eventually find its way back across the bar at Lowfield!”
