Hoddesdon Cricket Club is delighted to announce the official launch of our brand-new TikTok channel, further strengthening our growing digital presence and giving supporters an exciting new way to stay connected with all things HCC!

The launch marks another major step forward in our ongoing commitment to keeping supporters, players, families, and the wider cricket community updated, entertained, and engaged throughout the year. You may have already noticed that Hoddesdon Cricket Club has significantly increased its presence across various social media platforms recently — and that’s no coincidence.

We’re thrilled to welcome Jon Dean to the Hoddesdon Cricket Club committee, where he is leading the charge as our new Head of Digital and Social Media. Many of you know Jon already from his long association with the club, both as a player and our resident DJ/Band. Jon brings fresh ideas, fantastic energy, and a clear vision to our online activities, and the results are already speaking for themselves. He has been heading up the brilliant website and social media channels for our friends at Hoddesdon Town Football Club and will be bringing his brand of eye-catching graphics, insightful match previews and reports, news and behind-the-scenes glimpses of life at the club. There’s never been a better time to follow us online.

Alongside Jon, we are proud to introduce our newly formed Media Committee, which includes the talented trio of Melissa Lee, Maisie Clancy, and Molly Hindley. Melissa brings a wealth of experience in marketing and graphic design and has been looking after the club's Instagram account in recent seasons. Maisie has a degree in broadcast journalism and is an experienced hand at social media content. Molly is a long time supporter of HCC and as the youngest member of the team, she will head up our new Tik Tok account and content.

Together, they are all working tirelessly to ensure that Hoddesdon Cricket Club’s digital output is lively, engaging, and reflective of the fantastic community spirit that runs through the heart of our club.

Growing Across All Platforms
Our TikTok launch complements our existing and growing presence on Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram, offering a full suite of ways for fans to connect with the club wherever they are. Across these platforms, you’ll find regular updates, match day content, video highlights, player interviews, fun features, and important news — all delivered in a style that’s fresh, vibrant, and unmistakably Hoddesdon. We would absolutely love for all of our members and followers to like, share, retweet and repost as much of our content as possible, to help us reach an even bigger audience.

Of course, none of this would be complete without our much-improved official website, which now boasts an eye-catching new look. With updated graphics, new colour schemes, and a user-friendly layout, the website is packed with all the latest match previews and reports, team line-ups, fixture lists, club news, and much, much more. You can also still use the website to pay your membership fees, match fees, give your availability and check out a host of useful resources.

Finally, don't forget our dedicated YouTube channel that shows live streams of all of our home games, just in case you can't be there in person. It's an excellent way to follow the match, ball by ball.

Our goal is simple: to make sure that players and supporters alike will always find something exciting happening at Hoddesdon Cricket Club — and always be just a click away from being part of it.
